These protein bars are packed with nutritious and delicious ingredients. My favorite is the Chocolate Almond Sea Salt flavor. It is unbelievably tasty! My kids couldn’t stop eating them as well. Orgain protein bars taste so raw, simple yet really tasty. I love protein bars that are not too sweet. I absolutely recommend this brand because it is plant-based, organic, vegan, low in fats and sugar.
I started my weight-loss-journey as a way to share my story that losing weight “the healthy way” is possible. I have done it before after giving birth to my children. My weight went up because of pregnancy, then it went back down to the pre-pregnancy weight. My current weight is 130 lbs. due to I can easily gain weight, if I don’t workout and eat a lot of junk-food. Moreover, my goal-weight is 120 lbs. By eating healthy and working-out two times a week, I can reach my goals to a become the healthier me again.
Overall I’m glad I found this protein bar brand that offers a healthier option instead of other brands out there containing load of sugar and fats. Of course I do not eat protein bar regularly. I snack on yogurt, banana, almonds etc to make sure I’m getting a wide variety of nutritional diet.
